This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an indoor swimming pool. The staff provided valuable town info on my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back for Easter.

my family and i stayed at radisson for 3 nights. the double room was comfortable and spacious. the breakfast was really good with great coffee, which helped kickstart our mornings. the hotel is conveniently located close to attractions as well. just a nice, warm vibe overall.

Breakfast shouldn't be charged. many other places offer it for free with similar options.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay! The warm atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel right at home. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and breakfast each morning featured delicious options. Be sure to ask for a room by the pool for easy swim access.

We had a fantastic time visiting the nearby beaches and parks, especially Smith Point! The spacious king room was a hit with my teenagers, who loved having their own space. The breakfast selection was decent, and the coffee was strong.

My kids wished for a warm pool. It would have been great to have a heated pool, especially for families during cooler months.

The Radisson Hotel Hauppauge-Long Island featured a lovely lobby with beautiful decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive, assisting me with my luggage and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay, which was greatly appreciated.

The check-in process was frustrating, taking far too long, with unhelpful staff who seemed disinterested in assisting guests. However, the lobby does present a nice aesthetic, and there’s potential with local food offerings, although the restaurant was closed during my visit.

The King Room I stayed in was spacious, and the location is perfect for visiting nearby attractions. I appreciated having direct access to the pool. The breakfast served was decent with a variety of options available. However, several inconveniences spoiled the experience. The room was overdue for a deep clean. There were noticeable stains on the carpet, and the bathroom had a musty smell. I faced issues with my access cards. they stopped working, causing disruptions. The ice machine did not work, making it difficult to keep items cool. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, which was frustrating. They could use more training on customer service to improve guest satisfaction.

I just had a fantastic stay, the spacious room was super comfortable, and the pool area was a highlight for the kids! While we had a little trouble at check-in, the staff’s genuine kindness truly made our experience special. I’d definitely return, as everything else was wonderful!

Recommended for family trips

Had a great time with the team, got a hospitality room for meals and meetings, felt like we had a home base. One family needed a new room because of smoke smell and the staff took care of it right away, no fuss.

It wasn't exactly affordable but still worth it for what we got.
